Service Description:
The robotic solar panel cleaning system provides automated cleaning of photovoltaic (PV) modules, removing dust, debris, and other contaminants to enhance overall efficiency and maximize energy yield of solar power plants.

Scope of Services:

  • Installation and Commissioning:
    Deployment, assembly, and commissioning of robotic cleaning systems according to approved Method Statements, project drawings, and manufacturer specifications. Includes alignment, calibration, and functional testing to ensure optimal operation.

  • Repair and Firmware Updates:
    Diagnostics, repair, and restoration of electronic control boards; troubleshooting of software or communication issues; updating and configuring firmware for controllers in compliance with OEM requirements.

  • Preventive Maintenance and System Upgrades:
    Scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and upgrades in line with client operational requirements and project-specific technical standards.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) procedures, electrical and functional testing, and preparation of QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and as-built records.

  • HSE Compliance:
    All operations conducted under approved HSE Plans, including risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, PPE enforcement, and hazard control measures to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
