Overhead and Underground Cable Line Installation (LV–MV–HV)

Maple Nord Energy provides comprehensive engineering and installation services for overhead and underground low-, medium-, and high-voltage cable lines (LV–MV–HV).

All installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, HSE Plans, and project-specific technical documentation, ensuring safe execution, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

Scope of services includes:

• Engineering design, route surveys, and preparation of cable corridors for overhead and underground installations;

• Installation, pulling, jointing, and termination of various cable types and cross-sections, including copper and aluminum power cables, control cables, and auxiliary systems;

• Installation of cable joints, terminations, link boxes, and associated distribution and switching equipment;

• Installation of poles, overhead suspension systems, underground ducts, trenches, and cable protection systems;

• Electrical testing, insulation resistance measurement, high-voltage testing, and commissioning of cable lines;

• Execution of QA/QC procedures, including inspection and testing plans (ITP), material verification, installation checks, and preparation of test records and as-built documentation;

• Implementation of HSE requirements, including permit-to-work systems, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and hazard mitigation measures;

• Full compliance with international and national safety and technical standards (IEC, GOST, ISO).
