Cable Tray Systems Installation Services

Maple Nord Energy provides full-scope engineering, installation, and supervision services for cable tray systems utilized in power distribution, telecommunications, and industrial automation facilities.

All activities are executed in strict accordance with approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and HSE Plans, as well as project specifications, IFC drawings, and applicable international and local standards. Our approach ensures safe execution, controlled quality, and long-term operational reliability.

Scope of Work includes:

• Engineering design, routing studies, load calculations, and optimization of cable tray layouts with selection of suitable systems (perforated, solid-bottom, ladder-type, wire mesh, and heavy-duty trays);

• Installation of cable tray systems on horizontal, vertical, and inclined structures, including steel structures, pipe racks, and reinforced concrete elements;

• Installation of suspended, wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, and multi-tier cable support systems using certified anchors, supports, and fastening components;

• Installation of accessories, bonding and grounding of metallic parts, and electrical continuity testing in accordance with IEC requirements;

• Implementation of approved HSE procedures, including work permits, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and hazard control measures;

• Execution of QA/QC activities, including material inspection, installation checks, hold/witness points, and preparation of inspection records and as-built documentation;

• Final inspection, system acceptance, and handover in compliance with project QA/QC plans and client requirements;

• Full compliance with international and local standards (IEC, ISO, GOST) and project-specific technical specifications.
